Our foundation was established in 1996 by Petro and Roena Kulynych. Through grant-making, their goal was to support youth in health and scholarship, medical research, and social services for those in need. We are continuing that legacy as the Cline Family Foundation.

Grants are made in response to online applications. We have updated our application URL to reflect our name change. Organizations must be classified by the Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3). Grants may not be used for any salaried employee or for hiring enhancement. Grants are awarded for a single year (except in certain circumstances where a multi-year grant may be considered). 

The Foundation makes its grants by June 30. Grant applications must be submitted by May 1 to be considered.
